Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final Because our products are digital design templates and vector graphics that are instantly delivered and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final. We do not offer traditional returns, exchanges, or "buyer's remorse" refunds once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded.

Exceptions for Refunds We stand behind the quality of our digital assets. We will grant a refund or replacement under the following specific circumstances:

  • Defective or Corrupt Files: If the file you receive is corrupt, broken, or fundamentally unusable, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will attempt to provide a working file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital asset twice within a 48-hour period, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

Exchanges Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you purchased the wrong template by mistake, please contact our support team before downloading the file, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Under EU Consumer Rights law, digital content (such as downloadable templates and graphics) is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once the download process has begun. By completing your purchase and initiating the download of our digital assets, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Requesting Support or a Refund If you meet the exception criteria above and need to request a refund or file support, please contact us immediately at info@gravbase.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

If a refund request is approved, it will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
