Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

GravBase exclusively licenses non-physical digital assets, such as vector graphics and design templates. If you purchase an item offered as a subscription or a pre-order, this policy outlines how those specific purchases are handled.

Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription for access to our digital products, your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their billing cycle unless you choose to cancel them.

• Cancellation: You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through the customer portal link provided in your order confirmation emails. Canceling a subscription prevents future billing, but does not refund previous charges. Because our digital assets are instantly accessible upon payment, we do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. Please refer to our Digital Download Return and Refund Policy for further details.

Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order for a digital template or asset that is still in development, we may collect a partial or full payment at checkout and store your payment method to charge the remaining balance upon release.

• Cancellation Before Release: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the digital file is officially released and the initial download link is sent to you.

• Cancellation After Release: Once the digital product is released and the download link has been generated and delivered to your email, the pre-order is considered fulfilled. At that point, the order cannot be canceled, and our standard "All Sales Are Final" policy for digital downloads takes effect.

Try Before You Buy Due to the non-returnable nature of instantly downloadable files, GravBase does not offer "try before you buy" options.
